Question 1

How does court booking & instant slot locking work?

Accepted Answer

When you select a slot on Primal Court, our real-time engine places a 10-minute hold on the court across all systems, preventing double bookings. Complete your checkout via UPI, Card, or NetBanking, and your booking QR code is generated instantly.

Question 2

What happens if it rains on an outdoor court?

Accepted Answer

For outdoor turfs and clay courts, our automated rain detection cron and venue verification trigger a 100% full refund or free reschedule option, credited straight back to your original payment method.

Question 3

How does the co-payment group split feature work?

Accepted Answer

When reserving a court, select Group Split. You pay your initial seat share, and a unique invite link is generated for your teammates. Each player pays their exact portion directly on the app, avoiding any manual calculations.

Question 4

How do I list my sports venue or academy on Primal Court?

Accepted Answer

Visit our Partner Portal at partner.primalcourt.com, enter your venue details, upload court pictures and pricing, and get verified within 24 hours. You receive access to the Partner dashboard, automated payouts, and live turnstile check-ins.
