1. Senior Full-Stack Engineer (React Native & Node.js)

Location: Remote (India)

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to lead the development of our React Native customer app, Next.js web application, and Node.js microservices backend.

Responsibilities:

  • Build premium, high-fidelity UI components using React Native and Expo.
  • Design scalable Express/Mongoose REST APIs and microservice architectures.
  • Optimize app launch times, animations, and database queries for maximum performance.
  • Mentor junior engineers and participate in architectural design reviews.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of professional experience in full-stack JavaScript/TypeScript development.
  • Deep expertise in React Native, Expo, React, Node.js, and MongoDB.
  • Solid understanding of mobile performance profiling and App Store/Play Store deployment pipelines.

2. Growth Marketing Manager

Location: Remote (IST)

We need a data-driven Growth Marketing Manager to scale our athlete user acquisition and increase court utilisation rates across multiple cities.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and local sports communities.
  • Analyze customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and referral funnel conversion rates.
  • Partner with venue owners to design and promote dynamic pricing campaigns.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of growth marketing experience in B2C marketplaces, sports, or fitness apps.
  • Proficient with Google Analytics, SQL, and data attribution tools.
  • Creative mindset with strong copy-writing and brand storytelling abilities.

3. Technical Support Specialist

Location: Remote (Shift-based)

Help us provide world-class support to our venue partners and athletes. You will resolve booking disputes, debug scheduling rules, and ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming inquiries from venue managers and players via chat and email.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot payment and scheduling issues using administrative dashboards.
  • Document recurring bugs and collaborate with engineering to resolve them.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in technical customer support or operations.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Familiarity with basic REST APIs, browser debugging tools, and ticketing software.
