By accessing or using the Primal Court App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.

2. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your OTPs and account access. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Bookings and Payments

You may use the App to book sports venues and participate in tournaments. All bookings are subject to availability and the specific terms of the venue. You agree to pay all applicable fees for your bookings.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and the specific policies of the booked venue. Primal Court reserves the right to charge cancellation fees as outlined in the app at the time of booking.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use the App in a respectful and lawful manner. You will not use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others, or to post inappropriate content in the community sections.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind. Primal Court does not guarantee the availability, quality, or safety of any sports venue booked through the App.
